How I stay healthy and in shape: "I work out every morning with weights for about an hour. In the evenings, about 4 days a week, I do an aerobic activity (either running, squash or softball); I also watch what I eat (but still enjoy desserts often enough; I love desserts)."

Views on relationships: "Relationships are sacred and very important to me.   Relationships help frame you as a person and give you an environment to help others you love grow as well. Too many people haphazardly choose who they want to associate with and who they will allow to know them on a deep and intimate level. I believe that you must be very selective and cautious as to who you will allow into your close personal space. Don't get me wrong, I like people a great deal; but I can't reach the highest level of adoration (true love and marriage) with just anyone. True love for me will come when I find the "right person" who wants to live a passionate life while staying true to our well thought out set of values."

How can a woman get my attention: "Don't be predictable; take the road less traveled and surprise me. I like to see people acting out their individuality and not being afraid to be unique. Too many people are afraid of how they'll be perceived if they are different; take a risk, it could benefit you."

The greatest lesson I've learned from a relationship: "Be happy and healthy as an individual before you try to make it as a team. Far too many people look for a relationship to fulfill the missing security in their life. Relationships between two people who are trying to fill a void are most likely unhealthy and bound for failure. I believe you must be very in touch with yourself as an individual before you can be a great partner to someone."
